LUX Consulting CEO Leah Fennema

Leah Fennema

Leah is a behavioural scientist and CEO of Lux Consulting, with over 20 years’ experience applying the science of human behaviour to help organisations sustainably improve performance and deliver on their ambitions.

She specialises in end-to-end transformation with experience that spans multiple industries, including aviation, rail, government, training organisations, commercial real estate, schools, and more, in teams of only a few to communities of tens of thousands.

Leah holds a BSc in Behaviour Analysis and an MSc in Psychology. She is a board certified behaviour analyst and serves on the Board of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, where she sits on the Executive Committee, responsible for strategic planning

Dr Maggie Hoerger

Dr Maggie Hoerger

Dr Maggie Hoerger is the Chief Behaviour Scientist at Lux Consulting, with over 25 years' experience, working with clients to develop genuine expertise within their organisations and to support people in building the skills they need to flourish.

Specialising in assessment, training, and research, Maggie has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on systems improvement and embedding behavioural science in multidisciplinary settings.

She applies her research to designing systems that support people and performance and brings that experience directly into her consulting.

Maggie holds a BA in Psychology from Cornell University and a PhD in Psychology from Bangor University.  She serves as President of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis.

Aisling Campbell

Aisling is a behavioural scientist and Head of Operations at Lux Consulting, with over 14 years of experience applying behavioural science to drive individual, team, and organisational performance. Her work focuses on building high performing teams and designing clear, scalable frameworks that enable people to do their best work.

Her approach sits at the intersection of people and systems, ensuring that talent is supported by the right structures to create alignment and efficiency for sustainable growth.

Aisling is passionate about helping organisations unlock their potential by building environments where both people and processes thrive.

Aisling holds an MSc in Behaviour Analysis and a BA in Early Education & Psychology; she is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
